[libreoffice-conference] LibO Conf 2021 Question. Is this time (2021-09-24 17:00) in UTC or JST?

Hi I'm a speaker of LibreOffice Conference 2021

*Your session “GraphQL Extension for LibreOffice” will take place at
2021-09-24 17:00 in Room 1.*

I live in Japan.
So I would like to know which time zone this is.
If it is UTC, then JST is 2am.
If so, please change the start time.
