Hi Kolbjørn,

this mailing list is for correspondence regarding language-dependent 
themes, a question like that should be posted on a user mailing list, 
where more people will read it who might be able to help.
But I will answer here now.
I have created forms the way you did many times, without any problems. I 
just tried it with LibO 7.5.2.1 on Windows 10, it worked as it should. I 
have no idea what is wrong in your case. So I have only some proposals 
which might help:

 * Did you close the form window and  open it again not using the menu
   item "open", but "edit" (or something similar, I'm translating the
   German texts)?
 * Did you try closing the Base document completely (i.e. also the .odb
   file) and then opening this one and then the form document (in edit
   mode)?
 * Try creating another form, to see whether the problems happens
   again. (you can simply delete the erroneous form, if you wish to)
 * If you used HSQLDB or local Firebird to create the database, you can
   send me the .odb file (directly (or a cloud link), no attachments
   are transported in the mailing list), and I can have a look at it. I
   assume it contains no sensible data.
