[libreoffice-website] Download section process

Hi,

This mail specifically goes to Christian. I have written the specs for
the download section keeping in mind that the website redesign would
*redesign* but not touch the actual download mechanism and logic. 

On the staging website (the one on the VM, nothing to see on the actual
website) I have created the pages and the parent page accordingly, and
I have also created a landing page (again, see the specs and sketches
on OwnCloud). 

My question is: does that fit with the present day download process? I
need to know whether I got this right.
