The home page very likely was created when running /dev/build on the
silverstripe site, i.e. when updating the database schemes (when new
pagetypes are added/when modifications to existing pagetypes are done.
First time was the modification of the nabblepage type (triggered by
me), and the second one very likely was the creation of the
rc-download pagetype (triggered by some other admin, either Thorsten
or Erich)
Very likely it was created because the homepage itself was modified,
i.e. the current version is not published (arguably a bug in
silverstripe, I'll see whether I can track it down)..
Until then, this can be avoided by adding the dont_populate URL query
parameter when running /dev/build (i.e. teach the admins :-))
