I heard there's a few people who are new here, so i wanted
to explain a little how stuff works around here, i'm quite new
myself so i might miss a few things, but these are the basics.

1-Mailing list
We communicate using the mailing list, it can be a bit annoying
at first but you get used to it. I'll explain a bit, people create
conversations or "streams" each of them is used to talk about
a certain topic.
Since some people read this on ancient era devices,
(you know, like palms, and other stuff that used to be cool) you are
supposed not to use HTML (bold, italics, underline, etc) and you should
cut your lines at about 75 characters (No, you are not supposed to
count it, i think this long is fine) to avoid sidescrolling (ugly bar
at the bottom)
The mailing list is used to discuss everything from how we like our
pancakes (that's not true, don't do that) to suggest improvements
for proposals and introduce new ideas. (that is true, do that)

2-Whiteboards
The whiteboards are magical places where your proposals bloom to become
the next ideas included into LibO (that's for Libre Office) They have a few
sections that you can understand by reading the Whiteboard template [1]
These are in a wiki, so you can edit them to add proposals and info that
you believe needs to be there.

3-The circle of work.
We are currently working on improving our workflow, so this could change.
When the week starts, we get the projects we have to work on, currently
we are working on a remote for Impress [2], and some dialog box i'm sure
we'll
hear about soon. During the week, proposals are uploaded to the respective
whiteboard, then discussed in the mailing list. The idea is that by the end
of
the week we have already made an incredibly awesome improvement (Incredible
awesomeness is mandatory) and addressed all the problems that came up in
the
process. Also there's a chat on Saturdays at 16:00 GMT (The time in the
center
of the known universe, aka, Greenwich) i'm not sure of what that's about.

Hope this helped anyone who needed it.
