How can I uninstall libreoffice from my mac?

That is the standard answer for Macs, and it will work. However, software often installs files in the Library folder in various places.

I use a program called AppCleaner to remove programs. I just ran it to uninstall LibreOffice, and on my Mac with Snow Leopard, there are additional files and folders in the Library folder.

I suggest you download AppCleaner, it's free, and use it to remove LibreOffice.
