[libreoffice-marketing] advertising planet TDF/"LibreOffice Community Blogs" (was: minutes of ESC call ...)

the hint below from the ESC notes:

does not only apply to developers. So if you have your blog on planet TDF
please consider helping crossadvertising the other blogs.
Note that calling it "LibreOffice Community Blogs" likely also helps a lot as
not everybody know what a "planet" is.
