Having a forum for LibreOffice is an old project and we had several attempts for it. The issue is 
you need manpower and volunteers to manage and maintain them, clean and block spam etc. If we have 
these volunteers we will open a forum. As it stands today we have 4 support options:
- mailing lists
- Nabble (mailing lists via a forum interface)
- Ask LibreOffice (Next generation collaborative support site )
- external forums (libreofficeforum.org)

So far it may be observed we have pretty much everything covered ;-) .
