Menü "Einfügen> Bild> Scannen" gab's noch in OOo. Hat am System
angemeldete TWAIN-Quellen zum direkten einscannen (ohne OCR) benutzt,
war aber zumindest auf dem Mac ziemlich kaputt.
OCR ist eine eigen Prozesskette, die normalerweise von der
mitgelieferten OCR-Software unterstützt/Ausgelöst/gesteuert wird (wegen
der vielen OCR-Spezifischen Einstellungen) und dann das End-Dokument
gleich in Word öffnet - aber nicht in LO, weil der entsprechende
Menübefehl fehlt :-/
Hat man unter Windows *.doc - Dokumente an LO gebunden, funktioniert es
möglicherweise auch mit LO.
Die Frage ist, braucht man das?
Ich selber nutze den Weg: Datei scannen --> Speichern als RTF -->
Bearbeiten in LibrO
