生成方法は
- ruby 2.1.2 を用意
- gem install axlsx または gem install axlsx -v 2.0.1 でインストール
(今回試したバージョンが axlsx 2.0.1 だったため)
- ruby $(gem env gemdir)/gems/axlsx-2.0.1/examples/auto_filter.rb などで
examples の中にある auto_filter.rb を実行
という手順です。
カレントディレクトリに auto_filter.xlsx が生成されます。

この件に関しては、ほんとに気になるようでしたらバグ報告しても構わないとは
思います。ただその際に、テストファイルがどのようにして生成されたかをはっ
きり明記すると、QA側も対応しやすいかと思います。
