[it-users] Installazione non riuscita di Libreoffice errore 1500

Buongiorno sto tentando di installare libre office 4.2.2.1 su un portatile. Il sistema operativo è windows 8, mentre come antivirus ho avira. Non posso procedere con l'installazione perchè compare il messaggio errore 1500, in cui si dice che un'altra installazione era il corso, in realtà non c'è nessuna altra installazione. Grazie fin da ora per un aiuto.
