Hi :)
I don't know whether support for CaseWare is planned or not.  It might be
possible to write a plug-in/add-on/Extension if you know someone keen to try
that sort of thing - or even get really involved with the devs community to
write one in the main branch of LO.  I have heard that it is easier to bring
an extension into the main branch than to try to write it from scratch but i
suspect it's 6 of one and half-dozen of the other.  

I think probably it's best to just post a bug-report about it and then see
if you can get someone involved further later.
