+1 from my side, and thanks for your work! Please remember to also edit the list creation scripts on the server accordingly, so changes will also be effective for new lists.

Indeed, we shouldn't have the footer too bloated. I even think about removing the +unsubscribe link later on, but let's wait with that for now.

Btw. The "unsubscribe" requests seem to have vanished since pointing to
http://www.libreoffice.org/get-help/mailing-lists/how-to-unsubscribe/  in
the footer, and as far as I see no new blacklisting requests have been
reported. Can we consider the "unsubscribe" issues solved? (don't
follow the users list so no clue about complaints there).

Right now, indeed. However, since the problems occured rather spontaneously, maybe they come back later. Let's hope the best. :-)
