Als je een tabel maakt via Tabel > Invoegen > Tabel, en kiest voor Kop,
dan heeft de eerste rij het opmaakprofiel Tabelkop.
Dat is de afwijkende opmaak die je ziet.
Je kunt dat dus maken door kopcellen, of de hele koprij of meerdere
rijen te selecteren en in de lijst Opmaakprofiel toepassen het
opmaakprofiel Tabelkop te kiezen.
