小笠原です。

このアドベントカレンダーのサイト:

には使い方の説明が皆目ないのですが、過去の使い方から予測され
るところによると、

- アカウントを作ってログインします。

- 参加を希望する日をぽちっと押して参加表明します(今日中!)

- 日付枠の右肩に出る吹き出し状のアイコンをぽちっと押して「こ
  んなネタを書きます」と表明します。
- その日までに記事を書く。記事はご自分のブログをお持ちならそ
  こでよいですし、お持ちでない場合はオープンにみんなが見られ
  る場所ならどこでもよいです。

- 期日になったら書き終わった記事を公開し、Adventar のその日の
  コメントを編集して記事へのリンクを貼ります。

さて、「ブログとか持ってないし、どこに書こう……」ともし悩ん
だら、The Document Foundation の Wiki のユーザーページとかで
はどうでしょう。
以下、この場合の手順も書いておきます。

- TDF の Wiki:

  https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Main_Page

  の右上に「アカウント作成」「ログイン」があるので、アカウン
  トがない場合はこの際作ってしまいましょう。ここでは細かな作
  り方については省略しますができたものとします。
- 作ったアカウントでログインすると右上にぞろぞろとメニューが
  並びますが、その一番左側、自分のアカウント名をクリックする
  と、例えば私ならこんなページが出てきます。これが「ユーザー
  ベージ」です。

  https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/User:Naruoga

  ブラウザーのURL入力画面でこの末尾にスラッシュ"/"と日付、例
  えば "/20131201" などを補ってエンターキーを叩きます。
- すると以下のようなメッセージが出るはずです:

    There is currently no text in this page. You can search
    for this page title in other pages, search the related
    logs, or edit this page.

  この「edit this page」はリンクになっていますので、これを突っ
  つくと新規にページを作ることができます。
- あとはここにその日の分の記事を書きましょう。TDF の Wiki は
  Wikipedia と同じ「Mediawiki」というソフトで作られているので、
  MediaWiki で検索すれば記事の書き方は解ると思います。
