I've looked for a way to set it (highlighting the table) and even though each one (I'm working on several files) is not set to split across pages and columns, it is splitting the rows when it goes to the next page. Is there anyway to fix that?

2 places, hopefully:-

* Inside the email message, top right - the box with a big curvy arrow has
a little triangle.  Clicking on the little triangle gives a few options
including a double-arrow.  The double-arrow is "Reply to all"

* before clicking in the message-box where you would type the reply there
are some "greyed out" options and the 2nd one should be the "reply to
all".  Despite being greyed out it should be clickable.

I'm glad you fixed the main problem already :))
