I didn't see at that site where you type in the codes to reveal the
prescription code.

Ex. You're in a Libre Writer document and you wan the prescription code.

​Must I necessarily power on the numeric keyboard and then hold down the
Alt key and on the numeric keyboard type in 0 (for zero) . (for decimal)
then 211 and then E on the regular keyboard?

I need the exact step-by-step, s'ill vous plait?

Basically, Writer (just like Word) uses the fonts installed on your system.
If the font you are using contains the required character, Writer will
display the 211E symbol in exactly the same way as Word.
