Yes, i think some of the docs team are currently working on both projects at the same time or at 
least working alongside each other a bit.  The wiki for LO is 
http://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Documentation/Publications
but the official page usually gets updated soon after the wiki.

Even tho the 2 projects have already diverged it is good to see that they can work together in some 
things imo :)
