I was trying to give a feedback to the AskLO system.

I typed the required words and it just gave me more words.
I typed each set till I typed over 20 different ones.

Ah, okay. Is there a CAPTCHA in place on the feedback form?
http://ask.libreoffice.org/en/feedback/?next=/en/questions/

(I don't see a CAPTCHA when I go to that page, but that might be
because my account has moderator status)

Also the "words" seem to be in "English" and one that seems not to be a word
at all. That "non-English" word seems to be the problem since it can be
hard to read and just a bunch of random letters.

So is there any thing going on with that system or am I just blind and
cannot read any of the words? I am not blind.

I'll make sure that someone tests this out today/tomorrow. If the
interface is broken, I'll make sure to ping the appropriate people on
the infrastructure team to investigate. If the interface is just
confusing, then we can discuss possible solutions.

Regarding feedback for the Ask site, unless the matter is private,
please feel free to send an email to the website list and preface it
with 'AskLO', 'ASKLIBREOFFICE' (the naming convention on FDO), or
something similar. If the mods don't get back to you within a day or
two, please feel free to ping me, as sometimes the LibreOffice email
piles up in my inbox!

Cheers,
