What do you think? Would this work? Would it be easy to keep

Should we have the folder that holds the install files off the "root"
folder instead
of in subfolders that have English/Spanish/French meaningful named
ones?

Like this?

    index.html
    \English
    \Francaise
    \Espanol
    \LibreOffice-install-files

+1 for this general format, IMO. Perhaps not the exact directory name
for the common directory, but yes some common directory equal to the
language split.

    index.html
    \English
    \Francaise
    \Espanol
    \common
    \common\themes
    \common\LibreOffice-install-files
    \common\...

for instance..
