My (approximate) translation:


Good morning/evening!

In my opinion, keeping expanding office suite functionality will not yield
essential gain (or fame) to the developers, because the already available
is used at most up to 10%.

My suggestion is to consider somewhat another direction -- creation and development
of USER ENVIRONMENT, based on already available LibreOffice.

For example:  Secretary User. What needs she for work?

possibility to type texts, more often ordinary (orders, letters, directions and so on);

convenient access to contacts (maybe lot of such);

not getting confused by document archives (the vast majority simply "saves documents on HD").

Starting LibreOffice, the user would be given possibility to create its own
user environment based on available templates (amongst them also a "secretary" template),
or made by himself.
By default, all described above functionality is included in the template
(at least 2 application - Writer and Base been started), but the user itself
could start/stop more needed/unneeded components.
As a result, the user get a single window with a new document page in the centre;
on the left goes tree of contacts;
on the right goes list of templates and beneath -- list of active/archive documents.
The user could make FAST and convinient search through all these environment elements.
That's all. The "secretary" user never goes elsewhere.

Default user environmental template profiles should be thoroughly discussed
and consulted, and be in all of work areas:
"salesman-menager", "text-editor", "writer", "journalist", "accounting",
"financial", "marketing"...
Maybe as much as about 50 template plofiles.
