In some cases, yes. North America, for example, at least for DVDs.

I will try to find time to collect some of the proposals that I'm
aware of and get them on the marketing wiki if they are not there
already. Along with some responses, suggestions and ideas (from other
people as well as myself) for implementing those proposals. That will
help me collect my thoughts as well.

One thing I've found is that the marketing section of the wiki is
quite confusing regarding what's in the ideas or proposals stage and
what, if anything, has gone as far as a recommendation or
implementation. I'd like to help clean up that section to make it more
clear, but I'm having enough difficulty (and lack of time) dealing
with better organising the Documentation part of the wiki... with
which I am more directly involved. No time! No time!
