Hello Jude,
After hitting Alt+t and "o" you are in a tree control box where you hit 
"j" in order to land on the "Java" entry which opens another settings 
page right of the tree control.
Wait a few seconds while the hard disk is scanned for installed Java 
versions.
A stroke on the tab key leads you to a check box "Use Java runtime 
environment" (alternatively Alt+u).
If this check box is off, the next tab leads you to the OK button.
If this check box is on, the next tab should focus a 4-column list box 
of installed Java versions but the focus seems to be nowhere until you 
perform a mouse-click.
The second accessibility glitch with this multi-column list box is:
Each entry in that list box is preceeded by an superfluous option button 
in the first column. The second column shows the Java vendor, the third 
column shows the version number, a fourth column labeled "Features" 
shows optional infos.

When I select different list box entries by arrow key or mouse click the 
entry is highlighted but the respective option button does not follow. 
The formerly chosen Java version remains checked which confuses even the 
sighted users. When I confirm the dialog with another Java runtime 
highlighted but unchecked, I changed nothing.
We have to click directly on the preceeding button or hit the space key 
in order to actually select the highlighted entry including the leading 
option button.
Beeing such a sighted user without knowing anything about screen 
readers, I can imagine one way how you get this to work:
1) If you manage to perform a mouse-click in the center of the screen 
area while the options dialog is in front and while "Use Java runtime" 
is checked, then you might have your focus in that multi-column list box.
2) Hit the space key which turns on the currently selected Java runtime 
in any case. The space key never turns OFF anything.
3) Hit Enter which triggers the OK button for the whole options dialog.
