Objet : Re: Problem in PDF export with SMP 1 characters

Is there a chance anyone knows why PDF export does not operate correctly with SMP1 characters, or
simply confirms the problem and gives a hint how I can report it and have it solved? Thanks.

Unicode characters pertaining to Supplementary Multilingual Plane 1 (i.e. with code point greater
than 0xFFFF) do not show correctly in a PDF exported by Writer (and possibly other LO components).
I didn't find any sensible indication in the Web that this problem was already known. Has anyone a
clue how to solve that? Thanks in advance.
