Agreed.  Problems rarely came to the Users list anyway, usually about 1 or 2
per month and we did have 1 failed attempt a couple of days ago but quite a
few people were quick to help and i think it was the first one in quite a
long time.

That wiki page does seems to have helped a lot :)

I agree about leaving things as they are and see if the problem recurrs
sufficiently to take action later.
