As I don't have any special merits on the NA-DVD, there is no reason to
keep me in the teams list. As well no requirement for agreement from my
part. But to avoid any blocking attitude: I agree on whatever You
decide! ;o)) 

So if You estimate it beeing enough honor for the project, to only list
the ones as team members, who did the work, I'm more than fine with
that.  ;o))
