have an easy solution for you.





If HH and MIN are entered in separate cells,  convert HH to min, add
additional min, convert hourly rate to by the minute rate (for example
$15.00 per hour = 1500 cents) do the math in cents and then convert to
dollars and cents using the modulo function in calc.

I'm not sure if this is clear. I had a similar problem calculating feet
and inches. The above solution seems to work well.

If the above is not clear let me know and I will work it out in a
spreadsheet and send it to you.
