That is interesting.  Does the official information about the 3.5.x branch still claim that it 
works with java 7?  If it doesn't then perhaps that should be changed.  

I guess you haven't read any of the bug-report guides?  One of the first things they do is help you 
look for duplicates of the problem you are reporting to help you avoid needing to post a new 
report.

The devs are well aware of this. They do not need more duplicates in their issue database.
