ersten Seite eines Serienbriefes nicht mit der Vorlage übereinstimmt,
erst ab der zweiten Seite stimmt das Seitenformat.
Hier unter LO 4.1.6 auf jeden Fall 1. Seite wie 1. Seite (ohne
Serienbrief-Assistent!)
