Hi.  Good ideas.   I am not sure, but I guess our targets should be mainly schools, universities 
and public institutions.  First it is easier to install LibreOffice  (and libresoftware) to solve 
interoperability problems.  Second they are the best places to organize classes about the use of 
LibreOfiice (and libresoftware in general), like to say:  'how to write dissertations and books 
with libreoffice, including indexes, tables, data and so on'.  Third:  in many cases people there 
are skilled and can help development (even by simply reporting bugs or talking about); this is 
already happening with municipal emplyees in Italy.  Fourth:  schools and students in many cases 
need to save money (which is not central, but always a topic about linux and free software, 
especially in poor countries).

support with a SWAT analysis or anything along those lines?

Where do the marketing team see LibreOffice being in 1, 3 and 5 years etc?

Basically how can we / I support the efforts?
