It's certainly here in the included version (3.5.3.2) in Ubuntu 12.04....


That's because it's a distro version & is up to the distro packager to
include or exclude. There is no QS in the current versions of LO
standard linux (at least not in the .deb versions - I've not tried the
rpm versions in awhile).
