Hi :)

I think it is just "easy access to the source code" that is required? I
think
the spirit of the agreement would make it more relevant to just let people
know
they can download the product for free and give them the LibreOffice site?

We did that as well we had leaflets with the web address. But it's perfectly
legit to say please buy a CD for a dollar to help us keep this software
freely available for all. Some people even gave $1 without taking a CD. Most
of these people have zero interest in source code. It is of no use to them
since they would not know what to do with it. But there is no harm in
indicating where to get it.

I don't think other projects carry a duplicate copy in Source-code form and
similarly so for almost every other OpenSource product. But they do all
let us
know where to access the Source Code easily.

Tom :)

I am NOT selling the software just a professionally made DVD with

Beware, that due to the software license, when distributing, you
need to deliver the source code along with the binaries as well.
