日本語環境でのオートコレクトオプションの動作をコントロールできるようになったので

Unicode文字の登録と置換がうまく動作するかを試してみました。

オートコレクトオプションのオートコレクト置換にUnicode文字を登録してみます。
私はGoogleIMEを使っているので、GoogeIMEのツールから文字パレットを開いてUnicodeの表から適当に「マル祝」文字を選んで「:祝い:」に登録しました。Unicode
U+3297の文字です。

これでうまく「マル祝」に変換ができました。
