Hello,

during last TSC call 2011-07-14 result of a discussion concerning my proposal to create a low traffic QA Mailing list was that I should ask for such a list.

Intention for that list is to announce important QA related information like
- reminder for IRC sessions
- information concerning new available test builds
- Other like
  -- Modifications on QA pages
  -- New Key words
  -- Anything else QA related

I believe traffic might be 1-2 Postings / week, sometimes short discussions.

With creation of that list a "start set" of subscribers should be created by admin with following subscribers:
- regular TSC call participants
- Several users active confirming bugs

I will contribute the complete subscribers list and a proposal for a greeting text for start of the list.

Name might be LibOQA or similar.

Who will be the appropriate contact for creation of such a list?

Kind regards

Rainer Bielefeld
