What is the migration?

Hi Jean,

Detailed information is available here:
https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/QA/Bugzilla/LibreOffice_Bugzilla_Proposal

The short overview is:
* The FDO admins have suggested (and QA is fully supportive) of LO
having a separate instance of Bugzilla
* Tollef (FDO admin) is currently working to clone/separate-out the
LibreOffice 'product' (and all related user accounts, data, etc..)
into a new instance of Bugzilla in an FDO-administered VM
* The separate instance will use the domain 'bugs.libreoffice.org'

I've been assembling a list of all systems dependent upon our
bugtracker. If I'm missing something, please add it to the list or
email me :-)
