there have been some questions on when/how someone can represent someone or act as deputy, so I've prepared a template for you.
Be advised that deputies will *not* jump in automatically, neither for the BoD nor the MC. Per the statutes, the deputies will only jump in automatically in case one of the seat holder finally steps down, but not for individual meetings.
