You are right. It doesn't. I usually open a page that I had formatted the
way I like. It had some text when I saved it as a template.
I just delete the text and use the page which is saved as untitled.

I'm having some problems with writer. My taskbar link won't work anymore.
So I'll have to find the executable file and save another link to the
taskbar.
Also I'm having some crashing problems. Seems like it's happening since the
most recent update.

Thank you for the reply and the fix!

Hi.
When you paste unformatted text, the text takes on the formatting
currently active at the cursor. So if underlining is active at the cursor,
all the inserted text will be underlined.
Does this occur when you paste unformatted into a blank document.

Why is it that when I do an unformatted paste of what I copied is it all
underlined!

I posted another problem less than an hour ago. Do you think I need to
uninstall and reinstall?
