Hi :)
You can always use Nabble.  Just use the links in this mail or navigate to
this thread from the official LibreOffice website.  Click on the "Reply"
button on any of the posts in this thread.  Then click the "More" button and
the top option is "Upload file" which works very much the same as uploading
a file to an email except that the upload is shown as a link in the message.  

Keeping it with the thread and on official sites beats 3rd party hosting
sites when people are looking through these archives in the future.  The 3rd
party sites tend to remove files after some time or get moved.
