Hello,
we had an unplanned infra outage today from approximately 1600-1700 Berlin time with about 90% packet loss. No data was lost. E-mail was not affected, public mailing lists will deliver mails slightly belated.
The problem very likely was with our provider, as many other sites hosted there were affected over the course of time.
