遅ればせながら、当方の環境 (Archlinux: GNOME 3.20 + fcitx + fcitx-mozc）でも
libreoffice-5-2-0 ブランチをビルドし試してみました。

バージョン: 5.2.0.3.0+
Build ID: b39b835e1728a8871f017f1af3b3b642fdbff1d8
CPU Threads: 8; OS Version: Linux 4.6; UI Render: default;
ロケール: ja-JP (ja_JP.UTF-8)

calc における当該バグは修正されています。calc 以外のアプリケーションの動作も問題ありませんでした。
