Schalte mal die Ansicht der Feldbefehle um
Ansicht - Feldnamen - den Haken solltest du entfernen.

Aber da bleibt die Frage, warum hat sich das bei der Installation
geändert?
Ich habe noch mal alles von Vorn gemacht:
Alle Office deinstalliert - Userverzeichnisse weg getan
dann: Neuinstallation LO RC3
Ergebnis: alles so wie es sein soll.
Nun:
Alle Office deinstalliert - Userverzeichnisse weg getan
dann:
Neuinstallation OOo 3.2.1 (hier ein Testdokument erstellt)
Neuinstallation LO RC2
Neuinstallation LO RC3 über die RC2
Ergebnis: nun werden tatsächlich die Feldnamen angezeigt.
Gut, damit kann man leben - wenn man es weiß
