Thank you, Guilhem for your note. As the provisioning of my user-id in NextCloud was successful,
and before enabling access to the respective folders, maybe I jumped the gun. My earnest apologies
for creating the confusion.
I received an activity notification email for granting access to the folders. I am able to access
the spreadsheet and make the necessary changes.
@Dave Barton had been so helpful to route it through to find a solution. Thank you, Dave.
Thank you, Olivier, for granting the access.
Thank you, Guilhem, again for the note. BTW, I had access to only the shared folder with
"read-only" access. It was my mistake that I raised a false alarm to the team to have a look at it.
 I am sorry again.
Thank you and I believe I am all set to make less noise.

Thank you again,Be safe and Regards-Dev

The ‘LibreOffice Documentation’ folder is shared *read-only* with all
Nextcloud users, who can thus access *read-only* it via Shared »
LibreOffice Documentation.

Doc team members should have write access when accessing the file from
the group folder at the root (NOT via ‘Shared’).  Fine-grained ACLs
within that directory are controlled by Doc Team admins (at least
Olivier, possibly others).

IOW ‘Shared » LibreOffice Documentation’ is for the rest of us, Doc team
members should use ‘LibreOffice Documentation’.  Maybe the share should
be revoked if it creates confusion.
