In my document, I've created the bibliography and the table of contents (it
displays all the chapters, subchapters I've wrote), but I can't understand
why the ToC doesn't display, as last row, the entry 'References' and its
page number.
I've tried to format the title 'References' as Heading 1 (style of the
other chapter titles) as well, but nothing's happened.
May you help me?

Not sure if it's the best way, but you can edit your TOC to add "extra
styles" to be used. Simply add "Bibliography header" as a first-level style
here and it should work (at least it works for me).
I don't know how it's called in english (only french UI here), but it's the
second checkbox (under plan) when you edit your index.

If this work, it shouldn't prevent you from looking at Zotero, which is
very good for handling bibliography though! (but your issue of having the
bibliography in the ToC would have been the same).
