Although I've never been there, Your proposals sound good for me. It
might be a good Idea, not to overload the event particularly regarding
parallel tracks.
By the way: I found Your answer on the discuss mailing list - Charles'
related posting here on marketing. Please be aware, that crossposting
has far more effects, as you might consider at first.
