Respuesta breve: No.
LibO usa una ventana por documento. Lo mejor que puedes lograr es
«duplicar» la ventana con el menú Ventana → Nueva ventana y acomodar
ambas ventanas en el escritorio. Tendrás todas las barras de
herramientas repetidas robándote lugar, pero por el momento no puede
hacerse algo mejor.
