On Windows you may have the quickstarter for an old version open unintentionally. If you do not see it you can try closing it by CTRL-ALT-DEL to open the Task Manager and closing in programs or tasks (I am not sure which) soffice.exe. Or if you have an older version of OOo of LO installed, uninstall it.
