検索してみると、ソースカラーという訳語は http://msdn.microsoft.com/ja-jp/library/bb976070.aspx で(似たようなグラフィクス操作の文脈で)使われているようです。
ソースカラーを別の語にするなら「元の色」？でしょうか・・・ 何か良い訳ないでしょうか。
