No problem from commandline. So either some error in Kazakh blocked
the other langauges, or it was another instance of "just run it
multiple times and it will auto-fix".

Hmm. cui again. No idea what is so special about that file, and
whether it is related to Kazakh having Greek last time (and still
effects from that problem), or whether it is completely unrelated.

Probably blocked by your browser:

was loaded over HTTPS, but ran insecure content from

this content should also be loaded over HTTPS.

I'll see where that's hidden in the config and will try to change
https (if locamotion.org supports https)
