Jij kan het wel een gotspe noemen of een rommeltje en de document foundation kan er over schrijven maar was het niet iso gecertificeerd? Daar is ook van alles over te zeggen maar de kern is hier hoe ze daar in Den Haag tegenaan kijken.... Je hebt toch ook nog altijd "strickt OOXML"?
Ik hoop ook dat men het eenvoudig ziet en voor ODF kiest.

En: zou dit ook gelden voor
ziekenhuizen, universiteiten, basisscholen enz?
Zeker niet direct.
Maar het zal wel de mensen bij die instellingen helpen, die zich
inzetten voor een zinnige, op open standaarden en open source gebaseerde
ICT.
