Ich habe es mir jetzt (nochmal) im Detail angesehen. Sprachlich ließe
sich sicher manches verschönern, scheint mir aber nicht wirklich
wichtig. Nur ein Punkt unter Beirat ("AB" = Advisory Board) sollte es
statt "Der Beirat bietet ein Forum für Organisationen, die nach
Festlegung des Verwaltungsrats ein substantielles Minimum an
finanzieller oder anderer Unterstützung liefern." besser *Feststellung*
statt "Festlegung" heißen.
